Margot is a beautiful French Bulldog that recently visited our clinic for BOAS surgery to help her breathe better. Flat-faced breeds commonly experience difficulties with Brachycephalic Obstructive Airway Syndrome (BOAS), which causes symptoms such as heavy breathing and discomfort during exercise.
Fortunately, Margot’s surgery was successful, and she is currently recuperating nicely. Rest, love, and care have been essential throughout her recovery process 💕
BOAS surgery makes a world of difference to animals with BOAS; it helps them breathe, sleep, and live more comfortable lives.
We are here if you have any questions regarding BOAS and your dog or would like to book a consultation with one of our vets.
