I met Matt for the first time when my dog (Cody, 6 at the time) needed surgery for a ruptured salivary gland. It wasn’t something my previous vet was too familiar with so he recommended Matt to me. As everyone with a pet knows, the anxiety and worry takes over but Matt put me and my husband at ease from the first meeting. He answered every question and explained everything thoroughly and with patience. He took Cody in for surgery straight away and did such a great job that we changed our vets and just went to Matt from that day. He made us feel comfortable when we went to him even if it was for the smallest of worries, and was so gentle with Cody.
If you’re looking for someone to trust your pets with, I couldn’t recommend Matt enough. He’s more than just a vet and if Cody wasn’t so anxious during long car journeys, I would take him to see matt for a yearly check-up. It’s going to be tough to find someone as good as him but we know he’s going to do amazing in his own practice.
